Before opening her international coaching practice in Los Angeles, Valentina spent a decade leading financial workshops and training programs as one of the top instructors at a leading Wall Street-based company training the next generation of financial professionals. Valentina delivered highly sought-out programs to raving reviews at top business schools and financial and consulting firms all over the United States and Europe, averaging ninety to one hundred lectures a year for over six years. Her engagements were pre-booked up to a year in advance and her corporate and academic clients included over thirty institutions such as Harvard Business School, USC Marshall School of Business, UCLA Anderson School of Management, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, Credit Suisse, UBS, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Deloitte, Boston Consulting Group, and many more. 

Valentina has been an active member of Toastmasters, a global public speaking organization, in a variety of leadership roles over the years, including serving as the President for one of the most successful clubs in Los Angeles Area called “Coachmasters”, leading and mentoring over 60 members, many of whom have been able to receive promotions and build careers as public speakers over the years.

Valentina is also a member of the District 1 professional Speaking Bureau in Los Angeles, CA sharing her passion and expertise for the art of public speaking with the community as a way to give back. 

Valentina’s first book If I Am so Talented, Why Can’t I Choose What to Do? hit Amazon best-selling status within hours of its release in February 2019 and has since been picked up by a New York publisher. The second edition Get Clear on Your Career became available at bookstores in US and Canada in April 2020.

Valentina’s second book Work on YOUR Terms is scheduled to release in 2024.

Valentina has been an avid student in the self-development and success-coaching field for twenty years. She has had the privilege of training with some of the most accomplished success coaches in the industry, including a master executive coach Steve Chandler (Time Warrior, Crazy Good), a master success & executive coach Robert Holden (Authentic Success), spiritual psychologists Ron and Mary Hulnick (Loyalty to Your Soul), and an executive coach Steven McGhee (Get Real), among many others.

Valentina has a BS with Higher Honors in Business Administration from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
